The afternoon was spent in horse country at the Lázár Equestrian Park where we were treated to a spectacular show of horsemanship by highly skilled riders. Upon arrival we were greeted with pálinka, a Hungarian fruit brandy dating to the 14th century. After the show, we claimed aboard a horse-drawn carriage to see more of the park. Later, we met more of the farm animals such as the Racka sheep and the Mangalica pig. A tiring afternoon but well worth the effort.
